We understand how hectic schedules, kids, multiple jobs, and having a house to take care of can get in the way of fitness routines, but you don’t need to let anything get in the way of your dreams. We offer flexible session lengths and schedules to work around your busy life. Of course, it’s not going to be easy, however, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be there to help you along the way.
Create healthy habits.
Learn how to eat real, delicious, nutritious food as part of a healthy lifestyle.
50 minute HIIT Training sessions.
Our fun and interactive workouts feature cardio, strength and core work in each of our 8 sessions per day. You’ll be working at your highest level of intensity… according to your own fitness level.
Workout routine guidance.
We will teach you what to do to maximize your time in the gym, along with ideas of what you can do for the days you can’t make it in.
You will be given 24-hour access to be able to share recipes and healthy ideas with the other members of your Challenge group through our Secret Facebook Group page.
Daily access to fitness coaches.
We have an array of Certified Trainers who are available to keep you encouraged and to help address any personal issues along the way.
Weekly check-ins to track your progress.
Weigh ins and pictures to visually see the progress you are making.
We will be looking to see you and to hear from you every day. If you don’t check in with us we will check in with you.
We will show you how to access and interpret your body fat weight and lean body mass numbers, which gives you the real story of your weight.
We will teach you how to eat to support your fitness goals and then how to eat to maintain your heard work.
